The production process
How a course gets made.
Five steps from first conversation to a course your team can be assigned.

Identify procedures
We work out which procedures would benefit from a video guide and collect your existing SOPs.

Create the storyboard
We prepare a storyboard - the sequence of shots, the actions to capture and the key messages - and you approve it.

Confirm access and consent
We confirm site access, the filming plan and consent from everyone who will appear on camera.

Film on site
Our crew arrives on an agreed date and films the procedure. A member of your team assists.

Edit, approve, launch
We edit and upload a first draft for review. On approval the course goes live, with its question set and training frequency set.

The Workstation.
A rugged workstation that gives your workforce access to all available training at the point of work. This can include lockout/tagout procedures, inductions, equipment guidance and other site-specific courses.
- All training in your library is available on the workstation.
- Your own PDFs and videos sit alongside the courses we film.

Buying a Workstation
A rugged workstation in an industrial metal frame, supplied with delivery. It requires an active Tili Safe Capture subscription, and is available from the shop.
Installation is optional and priced on application. It is surveyed first - we need a photograph of the location and details of any nearby services, as the stand is fixed to the ground.
